 CXK Environmental Consulting was founded in March 2023. The vision: a responsive consulting service dedicated to its part in helping business grow and thrive. CXK has since completed numerous projects for satisfied clients in the agricultural, commercial, industrial and public sectors throughout Southern Ontario. CXK's catalysts for growth are a commitment to client success and an ability to clearly communicate geoscientific concepts, environmental risks, and solutions.  

CXK is led by Colin Kelly, licensed Professional Geoscientist, as registered with PGO (Member #2512). With over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting arena, Colin has a tremendous amount of experience with phased environmental site assessments (ESAs), record of site condition (RSC) filings, brownfield redevelopments, and environmental remediation. Colin has completed hundreds of ESAs for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and has tackled some of the most complex brownfield redevelopment projects in Ontario.

With CXK, your project is overseen by a highly experienced, qualified professional that is dedicated to your file from start to finish. CXK’s business model bolsters direct lines of communication, responsiveness, and proficiency. Further, CXK’s operational agility allows project performance under short notices and within quick deadlines. While at work, the safety and well-being of CXK’s personnel, subcontractors, clients, visitors, and the public-at-large, is the highest priority. CXK operates under a comprehensive Health & Safety program that involves tracking safety statistics, preparing project-specific hazard analyses and mitigation plans, and incident reporting. Field work is overseen by competent personnel highly experienced with working safely around busy industrial facilities, high traffic areas, and construction sites.  CXK also carries comprehensive professional and commercial general liability insurance for further peace of mind.
